The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order being received if there is damage or if there is a misprint.
If your items appear faulty upon arrival, please email a photo of your item(s) for review before a replacement can be sent to you at no additional charge.
Fulfillment
Our designs are created on-demand using quality materials. This means that every time an order is placed, it is treated as a custom order. Covid-19 has caused longer than usual order fulfillment. We are working hard to make sure we get your products out as quickly as possible while working in a safe manner.
Because of the custom nature of our product, we ask that once an order is placed that you make any changes or cancel orders within 24 hours of placing the or those changes will be denied since the production process will have already begun.
Shipping
In the event of a lost or stolen package, the customer is responsible for filing a missing package claim with USPS. If USPS determines that the package is missing, feel free to reach out to me via email. These instances will be addressed on a case by case basis, but there is no guarantee that I can recreate the item in the same color/same findings/etc. If I am able to replace the lost item, it will have to be purchased again. As instances like these are out of my hands, I do not offer refunds.
In the event that a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
I typically ship orders out within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 business days (Mon.-Fri.) processing time. I’m just one person, and I want to give each order an equal amount of love.
